Cropping Cafe OC Weekend is held at the Grand Hotel in Ocean City, MD from Thursday, January 8 - Sunday, January 11.
Registration:
Early Crop Registration opens first to PAST ATTENDEES and ends on August 17 2025
New Attendee/Wait List opens on August 1; New Attendee/Wait List contacts start August 18 2025, if spots are available
If you have not attended a Cropping Cafe event, New Attendee/Wait List Form is required
Hotel Reservations are open and end on November 30th 2025

Hospitality Suite provided. This is a community space just steps from the scrapbook space for easy access to coffee and water. Also, snacks and bagels (you will be asked to sign up for a donation.)

Meals are on your own. On-site restaurant and coffee shop. Plus, near-by options.

Crop fee: $170 per person.

Special rates are offered in our "block". Call the Grand Hotel (21st St) at 410-289-6191 or 800-447-6779 - the Grand Hotel DOES NOT offer online registration for my event. You MUST call the hotel. By choosing our block you get the best rate and we can keep our fee lower. You must mention our block: Cropping Cafe to get the special rate offered. We are excited about low rates - depending on your room style: $59 City View; $64 Partial Ocean View; $74 Direct Ocean Front - all per night (plus 11% tax).

Space is limited. Paid deposit or paid in full reserves your spot. The $50 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations are unfortunate. If you, for any reason, need to cancel - your payments (less $50 deposit and any fees) are only refunded IF your space can be filled. All gifts and prizes are forfeited if you cancel. No refund, no gifts/prizes for 'no shows' or cancellations the week of this event. As a courtesy, please let Lisa know if you can not attend.
