I am once again preparing a Cafe of Creativity for you and your scrapbooking friends in Ocean City. This is same location as last year with a roomy venue for scrapbooking!

Crop check out Sunday, February 2, 2020 at 3pm

Crop details: 

• Full 6' table for each guest
• Tool station with Cricut Expression (bring your own mat) and Cuttlebug (bring your own dies) along with many punches
• Access to electric at each table (please bring power strips and extension cords)
• On-site vendor: Cropping Cafe, Close To My Heart, Creative Memories and Stampin' Up!
• Private Conference Center with round the clock access
• All hotel amenities including Wi-Fi, Fitness Center, Heated Indoor Swimming Pool and more
• On-Site Deli and Bakery plus Full-Service Restaurant
• Room amenities include efficiency units with private balcony, fully-equipped kitchenette complete with range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator; cookware, dishware, utensils, toaster and electric opener. 
• Meals are on your own. Along with kitchenette in each room and on-site restaurant (Touch of Italy), there are several off-site restaurants open year round in this area (Longboard Cafe, Dead Freddies Island Grill, Lombardi's, Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli, General's Kitchen, Dough Roller, Denny's and more). 
• Hospitality Suite provided. This is a Community space just steps from the scrapbook room for easy access to get a snack, ice or have your meals. No outside food is allowed in Conference Center. 
• Please bring a breakfast item, paper good, dessert, dip, snack or chip to share. (Sign up list at registration or I can assign an item later.)
• Gifts, games and interactive fun throughout the weekend starting with Friday night.
• Cafe Create Make 'n Takes provided by each Scrapbooking Vendor.
• Back by popular demand - Secret Scrapper
• Massages available for those interested, additional fee. (Sign up list compiled in advance of crop.)
• Thursday, January 30th Arrival/Early Bird offered for $10 additional  (Paid in advance OR upon arrival)

Fee details:

• $125 per person PLUS 2 night hotel stay booked directly with Holiday Inn Oceanfront
• $25 deposit to reserve your space. Crop balance can be paid at once or with 2 - $50 payments. Must be paid in full by end of November 2019 (or arrange other plans with me). When proceeding with this Registration you will be paying $25 to reserve space and filling out the form. I have created a FREE ticket for those that want to reserve space and fill out the form but choose to mail the deposit or see me in person to pay. For future payments use "PAYMENTS" button on Crop Events page or send check or see me at my Cropping Cafe monthly crops.
• Holiday Inn Oceanfront (66th St) is offering a special rate of: $59 Thursday, $79 Friday, $79 Saturday, $59 Sunday (plus 10.5% tax). Same rates as 2019. Click here to book your room at the Holiday Inn Oceanfront.  Call in reservations at 1-888-HOLIDAY (410-524-1600) - be sure to mention CROPPING CAFE to be placed in our room block. Hotel commitments MUST BE MADE BY END OF December 2019, no later in order to receive discounted rate. The hotel will charge first night stay with booking. 
• Thursday arrival (1pm or later) OR Early Bird Friday (noon or earlier) is only $10 additional, payable to me on or before the event, if interested. This is no-frills crop time.
• Payments can be in person, mailed or paid on-line through this website.

Space is limited. Registration is open now through OCTOBER 30, 2019 or until filled, whichever comes first.

No refunds unless space can be filled. Deposit can be returned if cancellation is made before end of December 2019.
