2023! Cropping Cafe welcomes you to a relaxing scrapbook getaway in Ocean City, Maryland. Again this year, I have paired up with my wonderful co-host and we are excited to offer this event back at Grand Hotel.

As always, I will open registration first to those who have attended my OC event in the recent past. Then I will go to anyone on my waitlist (send me a message to be added to waitlist). Thankfully, room rates have remained the same. There is a slight increase in our crop fee so we can offer the same great event you have grown accustom to - with 4 days of scrapbooking at one price - no additional for Early Bird or Staying Late.

Thursday - no frills; Friday - fun starts

Crop check out Sunday, January 22, 2023 at 3pm*

*flexible end time; you are welcome to scrap the whole day and stay over to Monday

Crop details:

• Full 6' table for each guest
• Access to electric at each table (please bring power strip/extension cord to get to your personal space)
• On-site vendors: Cropping Cafe, Close To My Heart, Stampin' Up! and Creative Memories
• Private event with round the clock access
• Gifts, games and interactive fun throughout the weekend
• Back by popular demand - Secret Scrapper (details later on "OC INFO" tab of website) 
• Back by tradition, Friday evening "Life of the Party" PJ Parade
• All hotel amenities. Rooms include microwave and mini refrigerator.
• New this year, Saturday Lunch Pizza Party - included for all
• Other meals are on your own. On-site restaurant and coffee shop. Plus, many near-by options.
• Hospitality Suite provided. This is a community space just steps from the scrapbook space for easy access to coffee and water.  (You will be asked later to sign up for donation.)  No outside food is allowed in the Grand Ballroom or public areas of the hotel.
• Full and Chair Massages available (add'l fee, sign up later)

Fee details:

• Crop fee: $150 per person. Hotel stay is additional.
• CROP: $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. Crop balance MUST BE PAID BY Thanksgiving (November 2022).  When proceeding with this Registration you will choose to: (1) pay $50 to reserve space, (2) pay in full OR (3) choose to send the fee in a timely manner. For future electronic payments use "PAYMENTS" button on "OC INFO" tab of website or send check or see me at my Cropping Cafe monthly crops.
• ROOMS: Grand Hotel (21st St) is offering a special rate of $69 per night (plus 11% tax). You must mention Cropping Cafe for this rate and to be placed in our room block. Call 410-289-6191 or 1-800-447-6779 to make your reservations. Hotel commitments MUST BE MADE BY December 11, 2022. The hotel will charge first night stay with booking.

- Space is limited to 85. Regular monthly Cropping Cafe attendees, 2021 and 2022 attendees will have first option to sign up - by September 25. Open registration begins September 26 until filled. 

- $50 deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations are unfortunate. If you, for any reason, need to cancel - your payments (less $50 deposit) are only refunded IF your space can be filled. All gifts and prizes are forfeited if you cancel. No refund, no gifts/prizes for 'no shows'. As a courtesy, please let Lisa know if you can not attend. 

FYI - Most information will be sent via email through my Wix site. I will also create a PRIVATE FaceBook Event just for attendees of this event to chat and share photos.
