This is one of my favorite retreat weekends - I love the planning, the guests, the hotel and it's topped off with Chincoteague's Old Fashion Christmas Parade marching along Main Street. This is a crop event of 15 guests - if you don't know anyone when you get there, you will know everyone when you leave :)
Crop check in Friday, December 5, 2025 at 9 am (NO FRILLS starting on Thursday, 3 pm)
Crop check out Sunday, December 7, 2025 at 3:00 pm (or later if you would like)
Crop details:
Your own 6' table space - crop room is not oversized. Some aisles are tight but I am always mindful of what you need :) and what makes you happy. Additional side tables will not fit. Please plan to use the space beside your chair…
